Payment in full is expected at each visit with cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
As a service to you we will gladly process your dental insurance. You are expected to pay your estimated portion of services at the time they are rendered.
Please remember, any estimate we provide for you is only an ESTIMATE. You are responsible for any balance remaining after insurance has paid.
In addition we are pleased to offer Care Credit health care financing. With approved credit, this arrangement with a third party financing company at no interest for a limited time to you allows you to complete your treatment.
Your dental benefits are based upon a contract made between your employer and insurance company. If you have any questions regarding your dental benefits, please contact your employer or insurance company directly.
