OFFICE HOURS & APPOINTMENTS

Office Hours

Our office is open by appointment weekdays from 8am until 5pm with lunch from 12-1.  An emergency number is provided on our office answering machine for after hours emergencies for patients of record.

Our appointment policies:
We respect our patient’s time and make every effort to remain on schedule.  However, emergencies sometimes arrive that delay us.  If we are significantly delayed, we will attempt to notify you so you may chose to reschedule your appointment. 

We attempt to schedule appointments for our patients at a time that is most convenient for you.  As this appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we ask that you try not to reschedule your appointment.  In the event you must change an appointment time, please provide the office with at least 48 hours notice. This will allow us time to care for another patient in need. 

Please note: A broken appointment is defined by our office as an appointment that is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.  After a history of three broken appointments, our office charges a fee of $25 for all future broken appointments.
